Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you do discounts / Memberships?
    Yes we do! All our full 6 week courses are discounted when booked in a block booking. We also have memberships from £32.50 per month. Speak with your instructor to discuss this futher or contact us directly for advice.
  • What should i wear?
    For Pole Fitness you will need shorts (the shorter the better!) this is to enable leg grip on the pole. You will almost certainly need them on week 2 of the intro course. For Aerial circus leggings are needed to cover legs to prevent friction burning, We recommend long sleeves for aerial also.
  • I have done pole a long time ago, what class should i attend?"
    If you have pole experience we always recommend a basic improver course to work on the foundations. Pole is often taught differently at each venue and you may find you struggle to keep up and understand the names. We have big spin squences as part of warm up and it can be disheartening when you struggle with things.
  • Ive never done pole or aerial before will these classes be suitable?
    If you are new to Pole Fitness we always recommend the Intro Courses. This 6- week course will give you a solid foundation of pole. If you cant see one listed please use the contact page to message us. Aerial doesnt currently have any intro courses as its very different from pole, you can try an aerial class from £14 (subject to availability) and a full course is £65.
